Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ cups KOO Lite Peach Slices
  • ¼ cup coconut cream (or non-dairy milk)
  • 2 dates, pitted
  • 2 frozen bananas, sliced
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • Handful of ice
  • ¼ cup non-dairy milk (as needed for consistency)
Toppings:
  • Peach slices
  • Jungle Oats
  • Chia seeds or chia cereal blend
  • Unsweetened shredded coconut
  • Cinnamon
  • Cacao nibs

Method

  1. Add all ingredients into a blender. Blend, slowing adding non-dairy milk by the tablespoon as needed to get the right consistency (thicker than a smoothie, not as thick as nice cream).
  2. Continue to blend until the mixture is smooth and all ingredients are incorporated.
  3. Pour into two bowls and add toppings as desired.
