Peach Pie Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients
- 1 ¼ cups KOO Lite Peach Slices
- ¼ cup coconut cream (or non-dairy milk)
- 2 dates, pitted
- 2 frozen bananas, sliced
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- Handful of ice
- ¼ cup non-dairy milk (as needed for consistency)
- Peach slices
- Jungle Oats
- Chia seeds or chia cereal blend
- Unsweetened shredded coconut
- Cinnamon
- Cacao nibs
Method
- Add all ingredients into a blender. Blend, slowing adding non-dairy milk by the tablespoon as needed to get the right consistency (thicker than a smoothie, not as thick as nice cream).
- Continue to blend until the mixture is smooth and all ingredients are incorporated.
- Pour into two bowls and add toppings as desired.
