Apple and Sultana Porridge

Ingredients
- 100 g Jungle Oats
- 500 ml skimmed milk
- 1 can KOO Unsweetened Apple Pie Slices
- 100 g sultana
- 1 tbsp brown sugar, to serve
Method
In a small pan, cook the oats and milk, stirring for 3 minutes until almost creamy. Stir in the apples and sultanas and cook for another minute or until the porridge is thick and creamy. Ladle into bowls, sprinkle with sugar and eat immediately.
